Bentley goes green with the Bentley EXP 12 6e concept
The Bentley EXP 12 Speed 6e concept has been designed to show how a future EV from the brand may look like.
It’s a continuation from the EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept which featured at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
However, the concept car is a convertible with an electric powertrain and chic interior.
A handmade cut-away steering wheel is surrounded by sleek red leather and a solid glass centre console curving up to a high-definition display screen.
The exterior of the car is just as suave. It has its iconic large grille at the front with a number six inside it, sculpted doors and large oval headlights.
Copper accents enhance its aesthetic in and out of the sports car, adding to an all-round pretty piece of engineering.
No details on the powertrain it uses are out but it is likely that the upcoming Bentley EVs will use the same running gear that the Porsche Mission E utilises.
This environmentally friendly concept car seems to be the next step in Bentley’s move towards their new design philosophy.
